The Fifth Annual Rober Burns Night

Update: Cancelled due to weather

Palestine Lodge #189’s annual celebration of Brother Robert Burns, Bard of Scotland and singer of praises to all things haggis is Saturday, January 19, 2019, beginning at 7pm!

Due to overwhelming support and attendance in previous years, we have outgrown our own reception hall and will be hosting the event at Relay Town Hall in Relay, MD.

We will honor Brother Burns with toasts, recitations of his more famous works in the traditional Burns Night style, plus feature Scotch and Whisky tastings.

Traditional Scottish food including haggis, neeps and tatties, cock-a-leekie soup, and desserts will be served (including a vegetarian haggis), with live music accompanying by Brother Phil the Piper.

Tickets are $15 pp in advance, $20 at the door, proceeds go to benefit the Palestine Lodge Scholarship Fund.

Significant others and non-Masons are more than welcome, but please, get a sitter for the little ones this evening.

If you have a bottle of the Water of Life you’d like to bring to share, please feel free to do so!

This event is always packed, so please be sure to purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets
